"I am just sending off a quick email to thank you all (again) for such wonderful service when buying our new Tiguan. As you may know our old Tiguan (3 years), was involved in an accident in NSW, & written off - therefore it was a quick necessity to buy our new car. After travelling from NSW, an emergency light came on in our multivan. We rang Dwyers the next morning, hoping they might have a look at it for us. Glenn went above and beyond helping us out, searching for the necessary part and organising someone to fix it for us so that our holiday was interrupted as little as possible. We left feeling grateful, and thankful for his help. Rather than spoil our trip, it was a great to experience such a high level of customer service.
